By purchasing a wristband for the Sanborn Fall Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Policy
   Refund requests will be accepted up to 7 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued after this time. To request a refund, please contact the school office directly.

2. Event Weather Policy
   The Sanborn Fall Festival is a rain or shine event. In the event of severe weather that makes the festival unsafe or unfeasible, we will post updates on the school website and social media channels, and will make every effort to notify registered attendees.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
   By attending the Sanborn Fall Festival, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event and activities. You release and hold harmless Sanborn Elementary School, the Chandler Unified School District, event organizers, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims of injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.

4. Media Consent
   The Sanborn Fall Festival may be photographed and/or filmed for school and community promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness (and that of any minors in your care) to appear in photos or videos without compensation.

5. Event Modifications
   Activities, entertainment, and vendor participation are subject to change without notice. Wristband purchases grant general access but do not guarantee participation in every attraction or activity.

6. Code of Conduct
   This is a family-friendly event. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others, school property, and staff. Anyone engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior may be asked to leave without refund.
